Join us every Sunday at 8AM for a free beginner run group at Sacramento Running Company! This group run is no drop, with run/walk intervals built in. We will be starting at 1 minute run, 1 minute walk the first week and build up to 4 minutes run, 4 minutes walk by the final week!
