A welcoming introduction to Reformer Pilates for those who are new to the Reformer and would like to build confidence, strength, and steadiness in a calm, supportive environment.
Across six weeks, you will learn the essential principles of Reformer Pilates and one Tower Session at a pace that allows your body to absorb and integrate each movement pattern. You will explore breath, alignment, controlled strength, and safe transitions.
Numbers are 5 persons so you can receive clear guidance and personalised attention. You will feel seen, supported, and encouraged as you grow in confidence each week and this continues even when you move into the next Breathe Sessions- Foundation
