This 16-hour weekend training covers the full Classical Beginning Mat series along with modifications and variations, making it accessible for all bodies. You’ll also explore Pilates principles, foundational anatomy, and the history of the method to give you a well-rounded introduction to teaching or deepening your personal practice.
This training is a prerequisite for our full 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification.
