Welcome to my Beginning Pasta Making Workshop!

Join me at Cape Side Brewing in Southport for a fun and interactive event where you'll learn how to make delicious homemade pasta from scratch.

We will be making the simplest pasta dough recipe (no eggs, so it's vegan approved) and shaping it into gnocchetti sardi (small gnocchi shape).

Ticket includes:

2 servings of fresh handmade pasta

1 jar of local Antonio Carlo's pasta sauce

1 drink from the bar

Snacks provided during workshop

2 hour hands-on instructional class to create your own homemade pasta

Cooking directions so you can successfully cook your fresh made pasta at home
