Join PIVOT Collective for a beginner-friendly workshop taught by Maryayle, a DJ and music producer based in NYC. 🎧 Whether you’ve always wanted to make your own beats or you’re simply looking for a new creative hobby, come learn alongside us!
Using BandLab, we’ll explore the basics of music production, including navigating the platform, understanding the elements of a beat, creating drum patterns, and working with sounds and loops. 🎶 You’ll also have time to experiment, explore your own ideas, and start building a simple beat from scratch.
💻 **What to bring:** Your laptop and a pair of headphones.
No music production experience needed! Come curious, meet new people, and give yourself space to try something new. ✨
It’s never too late to PIVOT! 💫
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event!
