Would you like to gain more self-confidence, increase your memory, become a better listener, and think faster? Or, perhaps you just want to learn something new and have fun. Then, this class is for you!
These classes are a fun and relaxed way to develop rewarding new skills in a supportive, low pressure environment. People discover that learning improv provides them with powerful tools that they find useful (and usable) in every aspect of their life.
This course covers the fundamentals of Improv. Topics will include: Agreement (“Yes, and...”), Active Listening, Conflict Resolution, Creating Environments (object work), Character Development, Basic Scene Structure, and much more.
No acting or comedy experience is necessary…just a willingness to play and have fun.
This seven week course will run Mondays, starting November 2nd. Class time is 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Spaces are limited and pre-registration is required. Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. Tuition for the seven week course is $150. All payments must be received, by the final deadline, in order to be considered registered for this course. Final deadline for registration is Saturday, October 31st.
