• What we'll do - Good for Beginners.
Hike Distance: Up to 6 miles Flat hiking (other then washes)
REGARDLESS OF DISTANCE SHOWN - WE WILL ONLY GO AS FAR AS PEOPLE CAN GO - NO ONE IS LEFT BEHIND.
Bathroom: None at Trail head, a pit toilet half way.....
Water: None
Dogs: welcome if well behaved
OK, this is basically a beginners hike other then it is about 6 miles long. These are easy miles. We will meet at the Meridian Trailhead and hike toward the Pass Mountain Trail. We will cross the wash and start hiking toward the Ellsworth Entrance. At the Cat Peak cutoff we will cross over to Cat Peak and then onto the Blevins trail. Note while on the Cat Peak portion, we will view King Usury. We will take the south Blevins trail over to the Elllsworth picnic area, rest for a few if needed and then take the North Blevins Trail back to Cat Peak, then back to the Usury Trail and then back to the Trailhead.
This is a lite, easy hike but again 6 miles. We are not in a rush so if your looking for a good workout and a relaxed hike, this is the one for you.
