Beginner Hatha Yoga Workshop

This class is for anyone who wants to learn the basics of Hatha Yoga.

You can be brand new to yoga or just curious about learning more.

The intent of this class is to help you feel comfortable trying a variety of public yoga classes. 

We will learn:

• Basic Asanas (Poses) & Modifications
• Class & Yoga Studio etiquette
• Intro to Meditation
• General understanding of the different styles of Hatha Yoga
• Experience a beginner friendly mini class

Angie has practiced yoga for 25 years and taught for 18. She loves introducing these life supportive practices to anyone who is curious. She feels everyone and every body can practice yoga and experience the immense benefits! She wants to create a space for those that are new to the practice, feel intimidated to try it, and/or practitioners who want to learn the basics.
