Curious about strength training, but not sure where to begin?
This free beginner-friendly workshop is designed for people who may feel:
• intimidated by gyms
• unsure what exercises to do
• worried they are “too unfit” to start
• overwhelmed by conflicting fitness advice
Together, we will explore some simple, practical principles of strength training in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
The workshop will include:
• beginner-friendly strength exercises
• guidance on getting started safely and sustainably
• discussion around common fears and barriers
• opportunities to ask questions
No previous gym experience needed.
