Belly Dance is a beautiful way to get to know yourself, express yourself, grow and make new friends. Belly Dance is for everyone that has a body. The only thing that matters is that you want to do it, you want to learn, you want to know, you want to dance!In class we will be going over basic movements and concepts, the music, history and start putting it all together. :)
Beginner classes are designed to help you understand how this dance form matches everyone's body and style. If you are just beginning to learn, trying to get back into dancing after having some time off or just want a new way to move your body and exercise your mind 🙂
Bring a water with you and wear clothing that does not restrict any movement... like: yoga pants, shorts, tank top, sports bra, tshirt... When you arrive please come in the red door on the side of the building.
This session is for 3 weeks (3 Tuesday evenings) = $45.00
Class is for one hour.
Class starts at 6:45pm. You are welcome to come about 5 minutes early to get settled in and ready.
If your schedule will not allow you to commit to the full session and you prefer to drop into a class here n there the drop in fee is $17.00. You may pay at the door before class begins...
