Belly Dance Basics for Beginners - Level 101
Basic belly dance technique training and drills, history lessons, musical theory, and studies of the art form. This class takes the basics from our 101 Level fundamentals, and applies them to create muscle memory in the body and build technique to place into application for fun, Choreo opportunities, or the foundation for Intermediate 201 classes.
Come join our movement community of fun loving humans who want to learn an art form and cultural appreciation for movement. Love yourself for the amazing things your body can do each day, and come dance with us!
