Led by our skilled instructor, Maddy Young who is passionate about sharing her love for this ancient dance form, our classes cover everything from basic movements to more intricate techniques. You'll learn how to isolate different parts of your body, master shimmies and undulations, and express yourself through fluid and graceful movements.
