WHO CAN JOIN

A women's class, open to any age, any body type, and any

fitness level. No experience needed. Most of my students had

never danced a single step before walking in.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Basic technique, posture and alignment, hip movements and

shimmies, arm patterns, rhythm and musicality — and a

beginner choreography.

And if you'd like to, you can perform it at our student

showcase on November 21. Totally optional — some students

dance, some just come watch.

WHAT TO WEAR

Leggings or yoga pants and a fitted top you can move in.

Barefoot or comfortable shoes. You don't have to show your

stomach. Hip scarf optional — nothing to buy.
