Looking for a fun way to meet new people, get active, and try something new?
Welcome to Volleyball Solutions' Intro Class—the most beginner-friendly volleyball experience in Tampa Bay.
Whether you've never touched a volleyball or haven't played since high school gym class, you're in the right place. Most people come solo, and by the end of the event they're laughing, playing, and making plans to come back.
We'll teach the basics of passing ("the bump"), then jump into organized games led by experienced coaches so you can actually use what you learn right away.

Volleyball Solutions is more than volleyball. We're a social club for active adults who want to meet great people, have fun, and challenge themselves in a welcoming environment.
We host 600+ monthly events including classes, leagues, tournaments, socials, fitness events, and more. Think run club—but way more fun and with significantly less running.
No experience? Perfect.
Feeling rusty? Even better.
Our specialty is helping adult beginners feel comfortable, improve quickly, and have an amazing time doing it.
