About this Event
Have you always wanted to try ballet—but never had the chance, or felt like it was “too late” to start? This class is for you.
Our Beginner Ballet: Foundations series is designed specifically for teens and adults with little to no ballet experience. Over six weeks, we’ll focus on the basics of classical ballet in a supportive, low-pressure environment. This is not about perfection or performance—it’s about learning, moving, and building confidence.
Each class will cover foundational ballet concepts such as posture and alignment, basic positions, simple barre work, and introductory center movement. Classes move at an approachable pace and are perfect for absolute beginners.
This is a 6-week progressive series, meaning each week builds on the last. It will be available for drop in as well, but may be more difficult for some if classes are missed. The class will be every Monday at 6pm, starting February 23rd.
Perfect for:
🩰 Teens and adults who have never taken ballet
🩰 Dancers of other styles who want to improve their dance technique
🩰 Anyone curious about ballet and ready to finally try it
Come as you are—no special attire required. Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
