Come and enjoy a friendly, fun ballet class in our warm studio this January!
We welcome adults of any age, experience & ability.
The pace of our one hour beginner class is steady with lots of time to explore exercises through repetition and exploration.
Taking weekly ballet class can be fantastic for your body & mind.
It helps to keep you supple, you will also improve, balance, core strength, posture, musicality, spacial awareness, muscle tone/ memory & flexibility just to a name a few!
Our classes at Lady Bay Ballet are extremely friendly, encouraging & have been created just for you.
No booking required-classes are walk-in friendly & pay as you go.
