Have you been wanting to start yoga but feel like jumping into a regular class is intimidating? Have you been out of the practice of yoga for awhile? Are you a practicing yogi who would like some alignment helps to deepen your practice? Then this series is for you. This is a 4 week series covering all of our foundational poses and the most commonly utilized yoga poses. This series will give you the confidence to step into a yoga class anywhere. (Even though here at the Breathing Room we encourage you to jump in anywhere at anytime.) This series Is free to our unlimited pass holders.
