Begin Well is a new charity providing affordable, accessible evidenced based antenatal courses across the UK. Our aim is to give you the best starting blocks for family life.

Over the six week course you will look at caring for your baby, giving birth and meeting your baby, changes for your relationships and much more. In a relaxed atmosphere you will have chance to ask questions and to meet other parents-to-be. The best time to do the course is in the last part of your pregnancy, after 28 weeks.

The course will run on Thursday evenings which will be on: 18th April-16th May each week covers a different topic, so please come to all the sessions for the most benefit. You only need to buy one ticket for the first session to come to all the sessions.

There is no charge for the course and your ticket will admit you and your birth partner. The sessions will be held face to face unless there is a change in Covid-19 restrictions.
