Honor the inner wisdom that is calling you back home…back into your body…to continue the exploration of how to hold space for all parts of yourself as you cultivate health and wellness.This workshop is an opportunity to learn new ways to cultivate curiosity and develop personal tools that support expansion and growth. The format honors the non-linear pathways in which life unfolds, using principles from traditional yoga philosophy to help anchor our journey.
Discussions will include:
* Cultivating somatic awareness (sensing, feeling, noticing)
* How we hold space for our intentions, goals, and full selves
* Recognizing and examining attachments, and how to work with them
* Creating rituals and habits that serve our highest good
We will finish with a gentle asana practice. <3
Come join me as we ring in the amplified “new beginnings” energy of 2026 (numerology: 1) and start a new way of holding relationship within ourselves and our bodies.
