Join us for a grounding and intentional New Moon gathering at Soluna, created to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with what you want to call in for the season ahead.
We’ll begin the evening with a gentle cacao ceremony to open the heart and bring us fully into presence. From there, we’ll move through light kundalini-inspired movement focused on breath, awareness, and energy flow. This practice is accessible for all levels and guided with intention rather than intensity.
After movement, we’ll shift into vision board creation. This is dedicated time to reflect, dream, and clarify what you want to cultivate in the coming months. You are welcome to create intuitively using provided materials, or bring personal photos or magazines to incorporate.
We’ll close with a restorative sound bath to support nervous system regulation, integration, and inner stillness.

What to bring:
A yoga mat, water, blanket, journal, warm layers, and anything that supports comfort or creativity.
