Before You Pour is a 2-hour, nature-rooted workshop created for women who carry so much to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with who they are beyond what they give.
This is not about doing more.
This is about remembering yourself.

- Gentle movement to release physical tension
- Breathwork to ground and regulate your nervous system
- 10 minutes of intentional stillness (doing nothing—on purpose)
