Before the Table is a fun, uplifting goddess gathering created for the women who make the holidays happen. Beneath the building light of the waxing gibbous moon, we’ll pause before the holiday whirlwind to recharge our energy, settle our nervous systems, and remember that we deserve some of the magic too.
Together, we’ll explore simple somatic and energetic practices to help you protect your peace, stay grounded, and move through the holidays without abandoning yourself. You’ll receive a message, experience a little ceremony, and sink into the restorative medicine of sound.
