Before the Boardroom is a four-session program for Kansas City nonprofit founders and Executive Directors who are serious about building — or rebuilding — a board that can carry their organization forward.
Across four monthly sessions, July through October, you'll build a complete Boardroom Playbook: a personalized board recruitment plan you'll carry into The Boardroom Meetup during Global Entrepreneurship Week on November 17, where you'll meet prospective board members face-to-face and walk away with at least three mutual matches.
The sessions stack. Each one builds on the last, and your Playbook isn't complete without all four. We strongly recommend attending every session.
