Before the Battle: 250th Anniversary Commemoration 🇺🇸

Join us as we commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution and explore the events that unfolded in Brooklyn before the Battle of Long Island – the first major battle fought after the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Discover how British troops marched, camped, and maneuvered through South Brooklyn in the days leading up to the battle, and learn about the historic Lott Farm, whose family experienced difficult choices, divided loyalties, and the everyday realities of Revolutionary-era life.
