Before Baby is a gentle introduction to caring for your newborn with confidence, awareness, and respect. This course helps you understand your baby’s needs and establish healthy patterns from the very beginning.
Together, we’ll explore:
• What crying means and how to respond
• Setting up a calm, supportive space
• Sleep for baby (and for you)
• Feeding, diapering, and bathing with connection
• Your baby’s natural rhythms
• Self-initiated movement and development
• Using observation to guide your decisions
• What “quality time” really means
This is not about doing more.
It’s about slowing down, noticing, and beginning your relationship with your baby thoughtfully.
