Beeston Wellbeing Walk | Mindfulness, Nature & Connection for Women
About this Event
A countryside wellbeing walk to slow down, connect, feel supported and enjoy nature with like minded women.
Hello ladies 💗
I'd love to invite you to join me for a peaceful wellbeing walk through the beautiful countryside surrounding Beeston Castle and the Peckforton Hills.
This is more than just a walk. It's an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, spend time in nature, connect with other like minded women and enjoy a slower pace for a few hours.
Throughout the walk, I'll guide a number of gentle, optional mindfulness practices, offering you the opportunity to become more present and connect more deeply with nature. You're always welcome to simply enjoy the walk if you'd prefer.
So many of us spend the majority of our time stuck in our heads, constantly thinking, rushing and pushing through life, often disconnected from our bodies and what we're actually needing.
Our bodies hold so much wisdom, yet we often override the signals, push past exhaustion and ignore what our body may be trying to communicate.
This walk is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself whilst gently supporting your wellbeing through nature, movement, mindfulness and connection.
Above all, this is a calm, safe, supportive and nurturing space with no pressure or expectations, just an opportunity to meet other like minded women, enjoy nature and take some time for yourself.
About the walk
The experience will last approximately 3 hours (10.00 am to 1.00 pm). We'll walk at a gentle, relaxed pace, with plenty of time built in for pauses, optional mindfulness practices and simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We'll aim to finish the walk at around 12.30 pm, before returning to the café for anyone who would like to stay for a tea, coffee, snack or packed lunch.
The route follows beautiful woodland and countryside paths around Beeston Castle and the Peckforton Hills, with scenic views and quieter spots where we'll pause for the mindfulness practices.
There is one steeper section with steps, so a reasonable level of mobility is recommended. This isn't about speed or fitness; it's about enjoying nature at a comfortable pace.
We'll finish back at the outdoor café near Beeston Castle. If you'd like to stay afterwards, you're very welcome to bring a packed lunch or enjoy a tea, coffee or snack from the café.
