SKILL LEVEL
Intermediate - Previous royal icing cookie decorating required
Previous attendance at a Lollipop Cake Supplies beginner royal icing cookie class and/or Some entry level experience with decorating cookies with royal icing required
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This class aims to demonstrate and teach the techniques required to decorate cookies with royal icing at an intermediate level after completion of one of the Beginners Royal Icing Classes.
Students will be given instructions and explanations of the cookie decorating process, as well as hands on assistance from the teacher. This class is designed to arm students with a fundamental grasp of the skills required to finish the cookies to a reasonable level, and then extend these skills through further practice.
Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify processes that are at the intermediate level of royal icing and take away enough knowledge and practice to continue their learning.

* Apron
* Class Booklet
* Decorated cookies that you've completed in class
* Light refreshments including tea, coffee and bottled water
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* All students must wear fully enclosed shoes during the class
* Long hair is to be tied back
