You will be led through a challenging and fun yoga flow during which we will incorporate your tasty libations… should you so choose! Check your inhibitions at the door and take the opportunity to slow down for a bit with us.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat or message us in advance for special accommodations.
