Join us for a fun, all levels Beer Yoga at Arlyn’s Good Beer!Doors will open at 11:45am. Arrive early and fall into a new brew while moving through a fun yoga flow with local yoga instructor, Courtney Wolfe. You will be led us through a challenging and fun yoga flow during which tasty libations will be incorporate... should you so choose! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun!
All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, or message Transient Yoga for special accommodations. Beverages will be poured upon arrival. Practice will begin once everyone is settled on the mat with their brew!
