For ALL LEVELS! This is mostly a fun yoga practice, no need to be flexible or have done yoga before.

Patty Spak- a 230hour vinyasa, hatha, and yin teacher originally from CT and trained/ taught in southern California for 3 years. Practice is always fun, yet meditative, with some challenge offered as an option!
