About this Event
This isn’t your typical beer dinner… it’s Beer vs. Wine!
Our Head Chef, Juan Hernandez, has created a mouthwatering 5-course menu, and with each dish you’ll experience two pairings: one with craft beer and one with wine. Guiding you through the evening are Jeff Horne, Certified Cicerone®, representing beer, and Nick Sharp, our wine expert, WSET2 & Sommelier. You’ll learn pairing techniques, tasting notes, and ultimately decide for yourself which beverage reigns supreme with each course.

Round 1) Featherweight - Flaky scratch-made popover pastry, served with beer butter & wine butter - Swaying Lights Rice Lager VS.
Cambria Katherine's Vineyard Chardonnay
Round 2) Lightweight - Momma’s butternut squash ravioli filled with hand-crafted ricotta, brown butter sage sauce, toasted focaccia crumble, micro basil - Brewery Gnome Oktoberfest VS.
Jackson Estate Pinot Noir
Round 3) Middleweight - Humboldt Fog mousse, heirloom beet chutney, locally sourced watercress, brown sugar–spiced pepitas, fried prosciutto crisp, pistachio vinaigrette - Rampant Vines Hazy IPA VS.
Henriot Brut Souverain
Round 4) Heavyweight - Golden puff pastry, mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, locally sourced venison, roasted root vegetables, cauliflower purée, apple cider reduction - Ryeghteous Incantations Rye IPA VS.
