Blue Owl Brewing continues its hop-fueled adventure with the next release in our Green Label Series — a brewing journey dedicated to exploring the many dimensions of IPAs.
Third in the series is Zeta, a New Zealand IPA. Zeta is a moderately bitter IPA with notes of nectarines, gooseberries, mango, and other refreshing stone fruit. We've slightly sweetened the malt bill using light crystal malts. Its vibrant hop profile—featuring Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Rakau—brings a burst of juicy character with a crisp, dry finish.
Each beer in the Green Label Series is a fresh take on an IPA, and Zeta brings a bright, fruity twist to a classic IPA. Enjoy a balance yet bold flavor.
