About this Event
Looking for something different this Halloween? Join us for a Beer Pong Tournament at 7pm and stay for the FREE Costume Contest at 10pm. Competition not your thing, stop by for a night of good vibes, good food, fun and plenty of ice-cold drinks to go around. I'm sure a few laughs at our staff costumes, too!
Costume Contest at 10pm. Entry is FREE and best solo costume will be given $50 gift card, $50 to best Couple Costume and best group (three or more) themed costume will be given $50 Axe and Ale House gift card.

How It Works / Official Rules (Read Before You Enter):
Entry & Eligibility
Registration for each tournament (singles & doubles) is $10 for each event ($5 pp for doubles, $10pp for singles)
Open to 18+ years old (No Drinking Required).
Singles Tournament or Teams of 2 players each.
You may register in advance via Eventbrite or on-site (availability permitting).
Game Format
Double elimination bracket.
All matches are decided by skill (accuracy, strategy) — no random draws after random tournament seating selection.
Judges’ decisions are final. No arguing or bad vibes from poor sports will be tolerated. If you are not present for your game, you will be disqualified after 5 minutes.
Prizes & Distribution
Prizes will be awarded with no extra cost to winners (no hidden fees) Tournament will pay out 80% of all entry fees collected. For example, if $100 collected, 1st place will receive $60 (75% of $80) and 2nd place will receive $20 (25% of $80).
Max number of teams for each tournament will be 20 teams. Total payout for 1st with 20 teams = $120, 2nd = $40.
Fair Play & Disqualification
Any team caught cheating or violating rules will be disqualified.
Organizers reserve right to modify or cancel event in unforeseen circumstances.
Liability & Waiver
Participants release Axe & Ale House and event staff from liability for injury, damage, or claim arising from participation.
You may be asked to sign a waiver at registration.
