Join us for an exclusive Beer and Food Matching Dinner event!
We’re thrilled to welcome hosts Benjamin Hall of Blackfriars St Dominic’s Brewery and Brais Mallo of Hadrian Border Brewery. Prepare to indulge in fantastic local beers, perfectly paired with a seasonal 5-course menu devised by Chef Patron Troy Terrington.
Craft beer has experienced a revolution over the last few decades, with some of the best examples brewed right here on our doorstep. In 2024, our sister restaurant Blackfriars proudly opened their own micro-brewery in Blackfriars’ Chapter House, a historic building once used as the Bakers & Brewers Guild meeting room.
Throughout the evening, you’ll learn about the narrative of St Dominic’s new beers, head-brewer Benjamin’s journey into brewing and gain insights into the beers you’ll be enjoying. Co-hosted with Hadrian Border Brewery, established in 1994, you’ll also hear their fascinating brewing story and taste their exceptional beers, each paired with a perfectly matched course.
