Beekeeping 101
About this Event
If you’ve been curious about beekeeping, this class is for you! One of our dedicated passionate beekeepers will guide you through the basics.
In this 1.5 hour class we will cover the essential equipment, how to move around and in the hive, how to tell the difference between brood and food, and the roles and responsibilities of the different bees in the hive.
Upon completing this workshop, you will receive a $100 discount for the 2027 full season beekeeping course!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign the waiver :) We will meet you at the parking lot and walk through the farm space with you to our picturesque apiary.
