Join us for an 8 week workshop series where we will use Mindfulness as a guide to becoming your best self and to cultivating a life rich with joy, connection, and purpose. Each of the 8 sessions will build on the previous session using various modalities including art, nature, somatic movement, yoga, meditation, journaling, and circle sharing to dive deeper into mindfulness as a way of living.
o Learn the science behind mindfulness and practice different
tools, techniques and strategies to enter into a state of
present moment awareness.
o Discover how the nervous system plays a key role in our
present moment experience. Learn and practice various
techniques for regulating and soothing our nervous system,
to bring us into a connected, calm, joyful and curious state,
using the Poly Vagal theory.
o Connect and engage with a community of peers who are
also curious and inspired to live fully within the present
moment experience.
Join us every Thursday starting October 3rd through to November 14th, 2024. .
This series is free of charge and childcare is provided.
