Together, we’ll define what ‘Becoming’ means — it could be a tool to support women in their mid-20s to mid-30s as they navigate the unique personal and professional transitions, or something even greater. The possibilities are endless, and they start with you.

Agenda
1. Welcome & Icebreaker
Kickstart the workshop with peer introduction, goal setting, and setting a safe and open tone for the day.
2. Brainstorm Life Challenges
Reflect on your personal journey and major life challenges, Facilitators to summarize top life challenge themes.
3. Top Life Challenges Deep Dive & Present (Group)
Work in small groups to dive deep into the identified top life challenges themes, the lessons learned, and the support needed. Each groups present the highlights.
4. Visioning & Ideation & Present (Group)
Work in small groups to envision your future and identify actionable steps toward achieving it. What tools do you need to build a new roadmap for your life?
5. We Have a Surprise

6. Closing & Networking
Wrap up the workshop by sharing insights, celebrating progress, and connecting!
