Becoming Wilder: Winter Solstice Reiki + Guided Journaling Circle

Join us for a 75-minute Winter Solstice workshop designed to nurture stillness, clarity, and reconnection to self.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation practice—either seated or lying down—to quiet the mind and settle into the body. From there, we’ll move into a restorative Reiki energy session, followed by a guided journaling experience to explore what it means to become wilder in the stillness of winter. We’ll close with an optional sharing circle, offering space to reflect aloud or simply listen in community.

This gathering is ideal for anyone seeking to realign with inner wisdom, invite calm and clarity, or simply create a sacred pause to honor the turning of the season.

Journals and pens will be provided. Please bring anything that helps you feel grounded and at ease. Mats, blankets, pillows, and tea will be available for your comfort.
