About The Book
In this soul-stirring collection, Lorna Owens invites women on a journey of healing, reflection, and reclamation. Becoming Whole: Letters to the Woman I Am is a deeply personal and poetic offering-an intimate conversation with the self.
Through heartfelt letters written from one woman to another, Owens explores love and loss, purpose and pain, courage and coming home to yourself. With each letter, she beckons readers to pause, sip, breathe, and listen to the wisdom already within. Whether you are grieving, growing, or simply longing to reconnect with your truth, this book is a tender companion along the path.
Rooted in ritual, grounded in grace, and steeped in the beauty of tea and self-communion, Becoming Whole is more than a book-it is a mirror, a balm, and a call to rise.
