BECOMING HOME
A solo exhibition of fine art paintings that explore belonging, memory, and the continuous creation of self.
Inspired by nearly three years of travel across Europe and the United Kingdom, with a few jaunts to the Middle East, and Mexico, Becoming Home is a collection of abstract works that examine home not as a place we return to, but as something we cultivate within ourselves.
Created on raw canvas or linen with layered textures, natural materials, and an appreciation for the wabi-sabi beauty of imperfection and impermanence, the work reflects the experiences, emotions, and moments of meaning gathered along the journey. Each piece invites viewers to consider belonging, identity, and the spaces we carry within us.
