In this workshop, we’ll explore:
• Why so many women feel disconnected from themselves even after “doing the work”
• How your nervous system, identity, and self-trust are deeply connected
• What it actually means to feel safe, grounded, and embodied again
• How to stop abandoning yourself and start listening inward
This experience is rooted in lived experience, nervous system awareness, and feminine wisdom — not hustle, hype, or performance.
