About this Event

Becoming Her: For Mothers Navigating Work, Purpose and Identity

In motherhood, your ambitions, identity and potential are all in motion. That’s not a problem to solve. It’s an invitation to become more fully yourself.

About the series
Each month, mothers gather for real talk and research-backed tools from Positive Psychology. It’s part workshop, part conversation, and all about making space for you: your work, your wellbeing, your relationships and the person you’re growing into. No performing, no having it all figured out. Just honest conversation and practical tools you can actually use the next morning.

What to expect

  • Guided reflection to check in on where you are and what you want more of
  • Evidence-based tools from Positive Psychology, made practical for real life
  • Small-group conversation with women navigating similar seasons
  • Space to slow down, think clearly and reconnect with yourself

Who it’s for
All mothers in a season of change. Whether you’re working full time, building something of your own, pausing your career, stepping back in or somewhere in between, there’s a seat for you here.

You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, clearer and more aligned with who you’re becoming.

Your guide
Sessions are led by Jacqueline Wilf, MA (Columbia), Positive Psychology Facilitator. Jacqueline is the founder of Matri Method, an executive, and a coach with nearly a decade of experience working with women founders and leaders. A mother of two, she spent three years at Columbia University researching matrescence, then built the Matri Method framework from that convergence: rigorous methodology, Positive Psychology-grounded practice, and the understanding that only comes from having moved through it yourself.

Drop in once or come to all. Each session stands on its own, so new faces are always welcome.
