A three-day weekend retreat for capable, accomplished people who have done meaningful inner work and still feel quietly out of tune.
Dr. B (EFT Practitioner and DreamBuilder Coach at From Hardship To Happy) and Daniel Barber (musician and founder of PlayYourWay) weave improvisational sound with tapping and nervous system practice. The invitation is to close the gap between what you know and how you actually show up.

WHAT THE WEEKEND HOLDS
Friday evening · Gather
A grounded welcome, plant-based dinner, opening ritual, and setting your intention for the three days.
Saturday · Go deep
Morning tapping and breath practice. Sound. Tap. Sound.: our signature 90-minute integration. Afternoon visioning for what wants to emerge. Communal dinner at a local farm brewery.
Sunday morning · Take it home
Group-created closing ritual. A commitment letter to your future self, mailed back at three months. Sending-off blessing and shared farewell meal. Home by another way.

No musical background needed. Bring your drum, percussion, flute, other instruments. Not required. We'll have extras. Come as you are.
