Who told you that you are not creative?In this Workshop, we’ll explore what creativity truly means to you, why we often struggle to embrace it, and how to reclaim it as a guiding force in our lives.
You will be gently guided back to a time when you were creativity itself. Because here’s the truth: we are all creativity, it already lives within us. All we need is to trust the journey and bring it forward with confidence and joy.
Through reflection, breath work practice, and guided exercises, you’ll begin shaping your creative journey with clarity, curiosity, and courage.
Creativity allows us to see beyond limits. By engaging the right side of the brain, we discover new solutions and fresh ways of thinking. And when we visualize what we truly want, we awaken the RAS, guiding our awareness toward the paths that bring those visions to life. In this way, creativity becomes both a practice of problem-solving and a compass for living intentionally.

Guided by a Narrative Psychologist, we will reflect on your personal reasons for awakening your creative self, your unique why.
