This class will provide you the certificate that is required for you to close on one of 18 Down Payment Assistance programs offered through the Washington State Housing Finance Commisison, one through the City of Lakewood, and Chenoa Fund and an in depth review of the Covenant Program.

Class is 5 hours in length.You must attend the full class to get the certificate of eligibility for Down Payment Assistance that is good for 2 years!
