As a Managing Partner, you will be responsible for managing and operating your own homecare office.

LCD will oversee and monitor all daily operations.

Your responsibilites include:

• Hiring and managing staff
• Overseeing rent and utilities
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Participating in audits and compliance reviews
• Conducting audits
• Recruiting clients and staff
• Developing and executing marketing strategies
• Adhering to the Managing Partner (MP) contract Additionally, as a Managing Partner, you will earn a percentage of the profit generated by your office.

LCD's responsibilities include:

• Providing liability insurance Managing BWC and employment taxes
• Conducting audits and compliance reviews
• Offering ongoing guidance and training
• Overseeing and maintaining billing, payroll, and HR responsibilities
• Assistance with ODA and DODD application process and access to certification policies and procedures.
