This 4-hour theory and practical course is open to everyone aged 16 and over. By the end of the day, you’ll understand:
- What barbeque / competition barbeque is all about
- The players involved in the barbeque world
- KCBS rules and the KCBS scoring system
- How to judge a contest (from sign-up to thanking the organiser)
- And, of course, how to taste real competition-grade barbeque!
