Join us for an unforgettable evening on the Santa Fe River with our Beaver Moon Paddle—a magical blend of savory flavors, moonlit waters, and the beauty of North Florida springs.
Your journey begins at Poe Springs Park, where you’ll check-in at the Low & Slow Almost-Bar & Grill to enjoy a delicious BBQ meal paired perfectly with one of our signature series mocktail lemonades. Once satisfied, you’ll be shuttled upriver to 27 Ramp and launch your vessel(s) to set off on a moon-lit Adventure downriver.
As the moonlight dances across the rippling water, you’ll paddle downriver ending at the quietest and calmest spring on the Santa Fe, Poe Spring. There, our team will greet you and help you beach your vessel(s). Finally take a lovely nighttime stroll up the boardwalk through the moonlit cypress forest back to the Low & Slow Almost-Bar & Grill.
Poe Check-in 5pm • Included Dinner 5:30 • First shuttle at 7pm. Shuttle to 27 Ramp and launch your vessel. Paddle the moonlit waters and finally ending at the magical Poe Spring
