Come gather with One True Heart Healing Center for a beautiful evening of shamanic drumming under the full moon energy.
Bring your own drum and extra drums & instruments will be available for those who do not have a drum. Anyone can join, regardless of musical skills or background. We will go over a few basic drum rhythms and then play together as a social activity which promotes relaxation, provides stress relief and creative expression. We will release what doesn't serve us and learn the background of the Native American Beaver Moon.
