Beaux-Arts de Paris | Talk: Bennett Miller and Antonio Somaini

Join Gagosian for a conversation between Bennett Miller and Antonio Somaini, writer and professor of film, media, and visual culture theory at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris, on the occasion of Miller’s exhibition at Gagosian, Paris, which features prints created using generative artificial intelligence (AI). The pair will discuss how this body of work emerged after a five-year period of researching and filming a documentary project, as well as how AI and the evolution of technology are shaping photography and visual art at large today. Somaini is curating the exhibition Le Monde selon l’AI, which opens at the Jeu de Paume, Paris, in April 2025. The conversation will be conducted in English and is free to attend.
